An important milestone

Quadsat has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with MATHESIS, marking an important milestone in the development of our presence and partnerships in Ukraine.

Under this MoU, Mathesis will serve as our local technology and commercial partner in Ukraine, with the intention of acting as Quadsat’s distributor and service partner under a future commercial agreement.

A strong local technology partner

MATHESIS is a Ukrainian defence technology company providing advanced solutions for data acquisition, processing and analysis within the defence and security sectors.

Its expertise spans signals intelligence, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, counter-UAS technologies, acoustic intelligence, and AI-driven data management and analytics. By combining deep technical expertise with operational experience, MATHESIS develops solutions designed to enhance situational awareness, support faster decision-making and improve effectiveness in complex environments.

The partnership brings together MATHESIS’ local experience and technical capabilities with Quadsat’s expertise in airborne RF sensing and the electromagnetic spectrum. Together, the companies aim to strengthen access to Quadsat’s solutions and provide relevant local technology, commercial and service support.

Building on existing cooperation

The agreement follows Quadsat’s visit to the MATHESIS team at their office in Kyiv earlier in June.

During the visit, MATHESIS helped organise a demonstration for selected stakeholders. The meeting provided an opportunity for both teams to strengthen their cooperation, exchange technical knowledge and further explore how Quadsat’s technology could support requirements within the Ukrainian market.

We greatly appreciate the professionalism, local expertise and support demonstrated by the MATHESIS team throughout the visit and the development of this partnership.

“Quadsat has an exceptional team with deep expertise in RF technologies and the electromagnetic spectrum. This is a field where Quadsat and MATHESIS truly share the same DNA. Their RF sensing payload has the potential to strengthen the capabilities of the Ukrainian Defence Forces, and we look forward to helping bring these capabilities to those who defend our country,” said Artem Gromov, CEO of MATHESIS.

“MATHESIS has proven to be a trusted partner in Ukraine. During our visit to Kyiv, we were impressed by the team’s professionalism, technical expertise and strong position within the Ukrainian defence ecosystem. That makes them an ideal partner for Quadsat, and we’re excited to work together to support customers in Ukraine,” said Niels Bjerregaard, CEO of Quadsat.

A Timely Partnership for Ukraine’s Defence

The signing of this MoU comes at a pivotal time for Ukraine and the broader European defence landscape. Following Defence Minister Jeppe Bruus’ recent visit to Kyiv and his meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Denmark reaffirmed its long-term commitment to Ukraine by announcing its 30th military aid package, worth DKK 4.4 billion. As defence cooperation between Denmark and Ukraine continues to deepen, Quadsat’s partnership with a local Ukrainian company, Mathesis, represents another important step in supporting the country’s defence capabilities. By combining Mathesis’ expertise with Quadsat’s RF testing and spectrum intelligence solutions, the collaboration will help strengthen operational readiness and contribute to Ukraine’s ongoing defence efforts.

Looking ahead.

The MoU creates a foundation for the continued development of commercial and technical cooperation between Quadsat and MATHESIS. It represents an important step towards establishing stronger local support, developing long-term relationships and bringing Quadsat’s RF sensing solutions closer to customers in Ukraine.

If you are based in Ukraine and are interested in Quadsat’s solutions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the MATHESIS team.
